JPMorgan - Chase - Fleming UCB - United City Bank
Was responsible for the Moscow branch Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) and Real Estate Business Services (CBS) include Security. On this key position, was responsible for analysis of the Management Information Systems and Information Technologies requirements, planning of the IT and MIS. design and development as well as for methodology implementation. On this position was also responsible for budgeting, expense control and planning, and cost saving issues and reports. Was responsible for Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery, and Vendor Management. Built a complex IT system for JPMorgan - Chase - Fleming UCB - United City Bank, including access to world-wide network, safely integrated with high-speed local area network. Have designed, developed and implemented Settlements, Custody, and other business production Systems to support the back, middle, and front office of the Fleming UCB -United City Bank, HR System, and Client Tracking database. Planned and implemented Information Services for United City Bank, including Reuters, Bloomberg, Internet Securities, Interfax Real Time, etc. safely integrated with Front Office systems. Developed technical specifications and overseen the process of the new United City Bank office infrastructure construction, include security systems, computer network wiring, internal telephone billing system, electricity and un-interruptible power supply system design and installation as well as tender running with potential vendors, contract negotiation, and price optimization. Developed, proposed, and implemented project of smooth integration of the 3 merged companies’ (JP Morgan, Chase, Flemings) technologies into one platform in Moscow branch.

Was responsible for the analysis of the client requirements in the Information Technology Systems (IT). Responsibilities include on-site Client' MIS requirements analysis, and development of the recommendations and budget.
Price Waterhouse Management Consulting Services (MCS) Moscow
Was responsible for the analysis of the client requirements in the Management Information Systems (MIS). Responsibilities include on-site MIS requirements analysis, and development of the recommendations.
Price Waterhouse International Privatization Group (IPG) Moscow
Was responsible for managing the Information Technology support for the Local Privatization Centers project. Responsibilities include requirements and cost analysis, development of the work-plans, management of receiving, testing and installation equipment, and re-packing this equipment with inventory lists. Additionally, did analysis of the immediate requirements and purchases the necessary additional equipment and/or software. After the equipment was delivered to the Local Privatization Centers, was responsible for overseeing the LAN cabling and installation, as well as on-site training for users.
Price Waterhouse All-Russia Network Center (ARNC) Moscow
As the manager of the Information Technology Department of the ARNC for the voucher auctions, responsibilities include managing six technical support staff members. Has taken part in the telecommunications project to transfer bid data for the Voucher Auctions from Russian regions to the All-Russia Auction Center. Was responsible for the development of the software applications and procedures to encrypt the business information for telecommunications transmission. Participated in the development and implementation of the Secondary Securities Participants database for the GosKomImushchestvo Russia. Was responsible for development and implementation of databases for internal All-Russia Auction Center use as well. Such databases include "Companies to be sold", "Business Contacts", "Auctions Summary", and "Auctions Statistics". Developed and implemented reports and queries. Participated in the Mail-Merge Tools for ARNC development and implementation (using Paradox for Windows and Word Perfect 5.1 for MS-DOS). Provided development of voucher auction process support, internal manuals and procedures, and user training.
Price Waterhouse International Privatization Group (IPG) IT team
Was responsible for the testing and verification of database control software. Organized the e-mail access for Price Waterhouse remote employees, and participated in the telecommunications project that transmits auction bids information via a telecommunications system.
Moscow Division of the IMP Canada Joint Venture, Moscow Aerostar Hotel, System Department
As a manager of the LAN and Information System, responsibilities include maintaining the peripherals, monitoring LAN operations, applications debugging, and user support for the application software. Developed set of business-related appications, including Sales and Marketing database, and HR database. As a free lancer developed the small Assembler 8086 for FreeWare distribution.
Independent programmer
Took part in the Borland International, Inc. product localization (Borland Pascal with Objects 7.0). Task includes Borland Resources decomposing, translation and replacement and Russian language related system functions development and replacement.
Multibit Science and Production Association
As a Senior Engineer, was responsible for the development, installation and management of the LAN information systems with peripherals, library development, low level routines and user applications development. As an independent programmer, he produced libraries for LAN event-driven data processing and developed a part of Sales Support (proforma invoice) Program for LAINC Trade (USA). Additionally developed dBASE data, memo, and index access libraries for Open Source distribution.
National Cardiology Research Center (USSR Academy of Medical Science)
From 1988 until 1991 was responsible for Investigation and Development Electro-cardiology signal (ECG) Analysis System (Holter monitor system). Implemented an image processing system, as well as a new compression technique for medical signals. Developed a user interface for medical applications, a set of the low-level graphics, float based scientific graphics and system subroutines. Developed peripheral medical devices and hardware interfaces, and co-developed an ECG-Processing System in collaboration with "Kometa" SPA. Through 1990 an 1991 published articles in Russia, Israel, Sweden, Japan, and United States about the data processing, ECG analysis and compression of ECG. As an independent programmer, developed graphics subroutines and a graphics driver for Sensor Medics Corporation (USA).
Kometa Science and Production Association
Was responsible for developing electronic equipment, algorithms and software. Participated in the development of an ECG-processing system, and created ECG-phantom and service hardware for above ECG-processing system.
Moscow Technical secondary school of communication
As a lab assistant, developed service hardware, and student-training hardware and software. Was responsible for television and hardware maintenance, as well as repair.
